Never Never Quit! An Interview with Governor Hogan

This coming November, it will be six years since Larry Hogan “shocked” the political world and became Governor of Maryland. It wasn’t long after that we met at his transition office, and he said to me, “Mike, I have twenty-three cabinet positions to fill, I want to get all of them right, no mulligans.” I really need to get economic development right. I ran on “Change Maryland,” and this is our opportunity to get Maryland heading in a better direction.”
